Derick Kobina Bonney, popularly known as DKB, is a Ghanaian stand-up comedian, TV presenter, actor, and event host. He has been described as the new King of Ghana Comedy by KSM, a veteran and pioneer of satire-comedy in Ghana. DKB gained widespread recognition after representing Ghana in the 2012 edition of Big Brother Africa.

The comedian visited and toured the ultra-modern warehouse, the first of its kind in Ghana, located at Ritz Junction, Madina in Accra, known as Lesfam Company Ltd. The warehouse managers took him on a guided tour, showing him around the facility and explaining how the machines operate. The warehouse stands among top-class facilities worldwide, dealing in all kinds of food and beverages. Lesfam has also recently expanded its operations to include plastics and toiletries.

DKB was very excited to see such a remarkable warehouse, even though he has visited many facilities and companies in Ghana that deal in food and beverages. According to him, he would like to associate his brand with such an impressive establishment and expressed his joy knowing it is Ghanaian-owned. He also shared insightful ideas with the CEO on how to further enhance the company’s vision and contribute to reducing unemployment in Ghana.

LESFAM aims to ensure that every household has access to food, water, disposables, toiletries, and more—right at their doorstep and at affordable prices. The company is open to collaborating with any celebrity or public figure in Ghana and beyond, not just DKB. CEO Mrs. Lesley Adjei Mensah expressed her gratitude and appreciation to DKB for taking the time to visit.
