Mr. Dominic Amakye Banks, popularly known as Kala or Wale, is a dedicated employee at Lesfam Company Ltd, Ghana’s leading distribution and retail company. He is recognized as the longest-serving staff member, having worked with the company for about seven years. Mr. Banks began his journey at Lesfam as a warehouse personnel, later advanced to a sales personnel role, and now serves as the Trade Head, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Dominic has proven to be one of the most dedicated, hardworking, smart, and innovative employees at Lesfam Company Ltd. He is always ready to learn and improve, making him a true asset to the organization. As one of the senior staff members, many junior employees look up to him for guidance and inspiration.
During the awards night, Dominic took home three major honors — Longest Serving Employee, Overall Best Worker, and Most Famous Employee. The Director and CEO of Lesfam Company Ltd proudly presented him with a plaque, medal, and a home theater system as his prize for winning the Overall Best Worker award.
