Mr. Dominic Amakye Banks popularly known as KALA or WALE employee at Lesfam Company Ltd. the leading distribution and retail company in Ghana. He is the longest-serving employee working with Lesfam Company for about 7years, started as warehouse personnel and later as sales personnel now the trade head.

Dominic has been one of the dedicated, hardworking, smart, innovative, and ready to learn employees ever had at lesfam Company. He is one of the senior staff most of the junior staff look up to and learning from.
On the night Dominic took away 3 awards including longest Serving Employee, Overall best worker, and Most famous. The Director and CEO present the award plaque, medal, and home theater as the prize for winning the overall best work.
